Coming up in December… a show not to be missed… the first appearance of The WAITIKI 7 with a full symphony orchestra! Playing our symphonic pops arrangements of exotica mashups — can you say “Deck The Halls of Your Quiet Village?” … it will not only be a hoot (bring your own bird calls), but also pay tribute to the orchestral roots of the exotic music we all know and love. Some of the biggest names of mid-century exotica began (and mostly lived) their careers as arrangers working with studio orchestras: Les Baxter, Hugo Winterhalter, Douglas Gamley, Martin Denny… Unlike other modern exotica groups that have only to work with a handful of musicians, WAITIKI 7 goes all the way to bring you that full stereophonic orchestral experience. Hope to see you there!

WHO: WAITIKI 7 w/ the IDAHO STATE-CIVIC SYMPHONY
